2. Go into the dark room that leads to the staircase.

4. Inside, you’ll find the power switch along the near wall. Pull the lever to reactivate power, which will advance the quest to its final step—activating the antennas.
Next, head to the southern edge of the Pattern House roof. Here, you’ll find the antenna console glowing yellow. Approach and interact with the console to activate the antennas and complete the quest.

The biggest challenge in completing *Our Presence Out There* is safely reaching the Pattern House. If you spawn in the southern area or near the center of the map, avoiding hostile ARC units and other players can be difficult right from the start.
