Self-checkout kiosks have increased dramatically in recent years and as of 2024, 96% of grocery stores offer a self-checkout option and many grocery stores are now requiring shoppers to bag their own groceries. But how do Americans feel about these changes are they a convenience grocery customers can’t live without or free labor for stores?
