Aamir Khan and family to run Mumbai Marathon 2026 in support of Paani and Agatsu Foundations

This January, the Khan family will step onto the streets of Mumbai as a family on a mission. At the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2026, they’ll run as the Home Run Squad-each at their own pace, but united by purpose. Aamir Khan, Kiran Rao, Azad Rao Khan, and Ira Khan will join the Dream Run (5. 9 K), Junaid Khan will take on the Open 10 K, and Nupur Shikhare will run the 42 K full marathon. Their run supports Paani Foundation and Agatsu Foundation two organisations bound by a shared philosophy: change begins with community and knowledge. Founded by Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao, Paani Foundation has transformed drought-hit villages in Maharashtra through training, science, and teamwork. What began in 2016 with the Satyamev Jayate Water Cup-a 45-day competition that taught villages how to conserve water-has become a movement of learning and self-reliance today. The organisation’s ongoing Farmer Cup initiative takes the same approach to sustainable agriculture, proving that empowerment grows when people understand and act together. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Ira Khan (@khan. ira) Agatsu Foundation, created by Ira Khan makes mental health accessible, affordable, and human. From its free community centre and low-cost therapy clinic in Bandra to its knowledge programmes that turn psychology into everyday language, Agatsu focuses on helping people build emotional hygiene, connection, and self-victory. Both foundations believe that long-term change is possible when people take ownership of the solutions. One teaches farmers to read the land; the other teaches individuals to understand their minds. In 2026, Paani Foundation’s mission is to scale pan-Maharashtra and work with every farmer in the state to improve their livelihood. In Agatsu’s 5 year journey, the learnings have given direction and confidence for the year ahead to go deeper, bringing mental-health knowledge to life in simple, creative, everyday ways so it actually supports individuals, families and communities, the wider health system. This change requires people to act unitedly. And with the run, the family’s appeal is simple: donate, share, and stay informed. Because every drop of knowledge, every act of care, and every kilometre run brings us closer-to water, to wellbeing, and to one another. Alaya F reveals SIBO diagnosis during 75-Hard; says she’s been on antibiotics for 50 days

Alaya F has always been the one who genuinely pioneers fitness among the Gen-Z, cementing herself as the true fitness icon who’s often celebrated for her commitment and dedication. The actress embarked on a 75-Hard for the second time and documented her progress on her social media. Recently, she announced that she has been diagnosed with SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth), a day before she concludes her 75-Hard. In her video, the actor shared, “It’s day 74 of my 75-Hard of the year; I’m at the finish line. But today, instead of showing you guys progress photos, I actually have a personal story to tell you. You guys are probably used to seeing my stomach look a little like this (toned), but for most of this 75-Hard, my stomach has actually looked like this (bloated).”She added, “For almost three months, I had a mystery illness that we just couldn’t seem to diagnose. It turned out to be a severe case of something called SIBO, which causes constant bloating, terrible fatigue, inflammation, nutrient malabsorption, slow muscle recovery, low strength and brain fog. Basically, it’s the worst thing that can happen to you while you’re on a 75-Hard. And I’ve been on antibiotics for over 50 days now. It’s safe to say that this 75-Hard was completely different from the last time I did it.”She further revealed how this 75-Hard was different. “Last time, my workouts were about pushing myself to my limits. This time, it was just about showing up and getting the bare minimum done. Last time, I watched my body sculpt and transform this time, I wasn’t seeing any progress. I was only seeing symptoms. Last time, I kept adding more habits, more structure, more intensity. But this time, it was just about completing exactly what was required and letting that be enough.”For Alaya, fitness has always been about consistency. “I realized that it’s super easy to feel proud when everything looks great, but it’s truly life-changing to feel proud when nothing looks great. So I suppose this 75-Hard taught me the most important lesson of them all. The true discipline is never about intensity; it’s always about consistency,” she concluded. Witkoff takes fire over call with top Putin aide: 5 takeaways

President Trump is standing behind his most trusted negotiator, Steve Witkoff, following the leak of a phone call with a senior Russian official, which Ukraine’s backers have criticized for what they see as the special envoy’s attempts to sabotage American support for Kyiv and broker a deal favorable to Moscow. It’s the latest twist over a chaotic week in which the Trump administration’s behind-the-scenes dealmaking between Russia and Ukraine has spurred both optimism and questions about progress toward peace. This includes the leak last week of a 28-point plan for ending Russia’s war that was heavily criticized as hewing to Moscow’s maximalist.
