The Monad Foundation has officially confirmed on X that its highly anticipated token airdrop is scheduled for November 24. This announcement provides ecosystem users with a definitive date for one of the most-watched airdrop events of the year.
The upcoming distribution will see MON tokens allocated to early and active contributors in anticipation of the network’s eventual mainnet launch.
Earlier this year, on October 14, the Foundation opened its airdrop claim portal. This portal invited users to link their wallets, verify eligibility, and connect social accounts ahead of the distribution. Eligible participants from five different tracks—including core Monad community members, on-chain DeFi users, and broader crypto participants—were able to register their claim status through the portal.
While the exact share of tokens allocated to each community has yet to be disclosed, Monad co-founder Keone Hon mentioned on X earlier this year that there will be a total supply of 100 billion MON tokens.
