Sales begin at 4,700-acre Austin Point MPC in Fort Bend County

The Signorelli Company has begun home sales at Austin Point, a new master-planned community located in Fort Bend County. Spanning 4,700 acres, Austin Point is set to become the county’s largest master-planned community in over 40 years, according to the developer.

“Austin Point is an ambitious project that stands apart from traditional master-planned communities, both for its city-scale size and the sense of belonging it’s designed to provide,” said CEO Danny Signorelli in a press release.

The first phase of construction features both front-loaded and alley-loaded homes on lots ranging from 35 to 70 feet. Builders involved in the community include Ashton Woods, David Weekley Homes, CastleRock Communities, Newmark Homes, Westin Homes, Perry Homes, Beazer Homes, Drees Custom Homes, and William David Homes.

“Housing diversity is essential for the resilience of every community,” Signorelli added. “Austin Point’s diverse mix of homes and architectural styles creates pathways for people at all stages of life to put down roots here.”

Also part of phase one is The 1824, a communal gathering place offering a café, wine bar, beer garden, food truck court, and play area.

Future phases of development will include additional residential neighborhoods, retail centers, and a school, which is scheduled to break ground in 2026.
