### Handing It to Biden
These previously undisclosed note cards provided Biden with crucial information about the people he was speaking to and the topics under discussion. According to Fox News Digital, the cards featured names and photos of prominent Democrats such as former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer.
During an investigation of National Archive documents related to the Biden administration’s use of an autopen, five different “palm cards” were discovered. “Palm cards” are hand-sized notecards commonly used by politicians for quick reminders and references.
A former Biden staffer explained to the outlet that listing notable attendees and brief biographies on cards “is standard operating procedure for briefing materials.” The staffer speculated, “Should the staff not have told the President that Chuck Schumer was attending?”
### Presidential Cheat Sheets
It remains unclear whether Biden, 82, relied on any of the cards, but they served as ideal cheat sheets for the aging leader. One palm card obtained by Fox News Digital was titled “Presidential Medal of Freedom Recipients” and included photos and short biographies of honorees, including a snapshot of Clinton alongside a note reminding readers that she was “the Secretary of State in the Obama-Biden administration.”
Another card displayed photos of Schumer and Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin, accompanied by explanations of their Senate roles, party affiliations, and the states they represent.
Additional cards detailed names of political friends, Hollywood celebrities, and included what appeared to be notes and talking points for interviews. Four of the five cards bore a disclaimer stamped in all caps: “PRESIDENT HAS SEEN.”
### Biden’s Autopen Use
Former President Donald Trump has ordered a review of Biden’s use and potential dependency on an autopen during the final days of his presidency. During that period, Biden granted pardons to several individuals involved in politically charged cases, including preemptive pardons for those who had gone against Trump, such as Dr. Anthony S. Fauci.
Despite Trump’s claims, Biden has made it clear he personally approved every single pardon. “I made every single one of those,” Biden told The New York Times earlier this year. “And, including the categories, when we set this up to begin with. But I understand why Trump would think that, because obviously, I guess, he doesn’t focus much… so, yes, I made every decision.”
Biden also explained his use of the autopen, saying, “There were a lot” of documents to sign. He added, “The autopen is legal. As you know, other presidents used it, including Trump. But the point is that, you know, we’re talking about a whole lot of people.”

Biden’s mental and physical health were frequent targets of public and media speculation during and after his presidency. Attention heightened when he revealed a diagnosis of prostate cancer characterized by a “Gleason score of 9,” indicating an aggressive form of the disease.
Top oncologist Dr. Zeke Emanuel, who served as a health policy advisor under President Obama, stated that Biden likely had the cancer “while he was president.” Speaking on *Morning Joe* on May 19, Dr. Emanuel said, “He probably had it at the start of his presidency, in 2021.
