**Tata Communications Secures Government Contract to Build Digital Infrastructure**

Tata Communications, a prominent member of the Tata Group, has won a multi-crore project from the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT). The contract involves building an end-to-end digital infrastructure that encompasses network solutions, IoT, cloud services, and security with integrated management across various domains.

The initiative aims to accelerate and streamline GSTAT’s operations while ensuring seamless access across all benches nationwide.

**Key Objectives**

The new infrastructure is designed to fortify data security and provide a simplified, user-friendly experience. Tata Communications stated, “This multi-crore, prestigious win reinforces Tata Communications’s position as a trusted technology partner for mission-critical national initiatives.”

The company will implement a secure, scalable, and intelligent digital ecosystem that includes LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, video conferencing capabilities, cloud services, and advanced security measures.

**Automation and Efficiency**

Beyond robust infrastructure, the project will introduce automation to improve transparency and operational efficiency. This will be achieved through tools like predictive analytics and chatbots, enhancing the overall functioning of GSTAT.

**About GSTAT**

The Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal is a dedicated appellate authority for resolving GST-related disputes. It operates from its principal bench in New Delhi and 31 additional benches located across various states in India.

Tata Communications’ project is expected to significantly improve the efficiency and accessibility of these benches nationwide, supporting a more streamlined dispute resolution process under the GST framework.
