The Israeli military has issued a final warning to residents of Gaza City to flee to southern Gaza as the military encircled the city and intensified its offensive.
According to the Israeli military, it has been instructed to advance readiness for implementing the plan. Israel has moved to a defensive-only position in Gaza and will not conduct active strikes, although no forces have been withdrawn from the territory.
