US stocks end at records again as Trump and Xi talk

NEW YORK, United States – Stock markets steadied and the dollar mostly rose on Friday, marking the end of a week shaped by central bank decisions. Investors’ focus shifted to an upcoming call between US President Donald Trump and his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping.

Wall Street’s three main indices finished the week at record highs for the second consecutive day, reflecting growing optimism despite ongoing global uncertainties.
