American Conservative commentator and podcaster Candace Owens recently shared her reaction after a YouTuber claimed that Charlie Kirk’s nonprofit organisation TPUSA hid financial statements months before he was assassinated. On Monday, November 17, 2025, the media personality took to her YouTube channel and shared a video of a podcast episode titled, Operation Mocking-Plane: The Charlie Kirk Plot Thickens. In the video, she escalated her claims about the killing of the American right-wing political activist in September. In her video, the 36-year-old far-right commentator appeared to criticize Turning Point USA for sitting “idly” and pretending to know “nothing” about the assassination attack on Charlie Kirk in broad daylight. “In a typical scenario, when somebody’s murdered in broad daylight and they have, like you know, a hundred million dollar organization behind them, it’s common sense that you should check the people that work at that organization. Like that’s like the first people that you should begin to investigate,” Candace Owens said. Notably, Candace Owens also dismissed TPUSA for not catching up on the alleged “financial motive” aspect behind the brutal killing of Kirk. Mentioning that the issue of the organization missing its tax deadline for the first time was brought forward by a YouTube channel known as Wolves and Finance, she quipped in her video: “This was extremely well done and at least brought forth some big questions that I think are on a lot of people’s minds. How does an organization that size just miss. not just they filed for an extension and then miss the extension deadline to file?” Meanwhile, Candace Owens also attached a clip of the YouTuber claiming the decision to hide their financial statements happened “four months before Charlie Kirk was murdered.” While the YouTuber asserted that someone at Turning Point decided not to file annual financial statements of three of the four entities, Turning Point USA, Turning Point Endowment, Turning Point Action, and America’s Turning Point, “four months before Charlie Kirk appointed a new COO.” Candace Owens details the claims that TPUSA hid financial statements before Charlie Kirk was killed In her video, the social media personality mentioned the unusual “seven days” before Charlie died, during which the late activist said that he wanted to establish Doge. She linked the remarks of Turning Point USA host Alex Clark about the same with the YouTuber’s audit suspicions, adding: “Of course, doing an audit has nothing to do with internally establishing a Doge, right? He recognized that something was wrong at the comp at the organization. He was not just concerned about where the money was going. He was concerned about where it was coming from. What did Charlie discover is my question.” While Candace questioned whether Charlie Kirk had been clued into something before his shooting incident, the podcaster mentioned that the YouTuber had alleged that a sum of 8. 6 million is missing from the filing. Meanwhile, in his video, Wolves and Finance claimed that a lot of money, particularly a sum of $8,560,625, was unethically sent to America’s Turning Point, their own shell company in fiscal year 2024, as per Form 990. For the unversed, Charlie was fatally shot in the neck while speaking at an event organized by his company, Turning Point USA, at Utah Valley University on September 10. Meanwhile, a suspect named Tyler Robinson was arrested and has been charged with murder.
