Where to Find Mushrooms for Scrappy
Scrappy needs Mushrooms. Initially, this chicken wanted fruit and cacti items, but now the focus has shifted to finding Mushrooms. Be prepared to spend a good amount of time spelunking through swamps, as these fungi are not very easy to come by.
Where to Find Mushrooms
Mushrooms can be found in any area marked with the Nature icon (a leaf). They are most common in the Dam Battlegrounds, specifically in the western swamp region surrounding the Hydroponic Dome Complex. Your best chance at finding them is during a Lush Blooms event, which increases the amount of Nature loot available.
Locations to Check for Mushrooms
- On trees
- Inside tree stumps
- In the Hydroponic Dome Complex
Look for a white cluster of fungi. Some trees are covered with Mushrooms, but these cannot be harvested. The best approach is to run close to every tree you see and watch for a white circle indicator, which signals a nearby harvest point.
Tips for Searching Inside the Hydroponic Dome Complex
Pay special attention to the water-filled area within the large structure. Mushrooms often grow around the edges. Additionally, they can sometimes be found inside the canister-like structures that line the walls.
It’s unlikely you’ll find Mushrooms inside containers, so avoid making noise by breaching containers unnecessarily.
