Tom Kaulitz’s Latest Look Is Stone Cold
Tom Kaulitz, the 36-year-old bassist of Tokio Hotel, turned heads alongside his wife, Heidi Klum, 52, at her annual Halloween party. The couple fully embraced spooky season, dressing up as the Gorgon Medusa and the petrified victim of the mythological creature—Tom’s transformation making him look uncannily like a warrior turned to stone.
As always, Heidi and Tom kept their costumes under wraps until they appeared on the carpet outside the Hard Rock Hotel in New York. However, Heidi teased fans throughout the day by sharing glimpses of her laborious getting-ready process.
This year wasn’t the first time Tom, who married Heidi in 2019, has joined her in dressing up. For the 2024 bash, the pair wore elaborate prosthetic E.T. costumes inspired by Steven Spielberg’s 1982 classic, *E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial*. The effort was intense—Heidi revealed to E! News at last year’s event that their preparation took an entire year. “We started at 10 a.m. this morning. We just got ready, we just came down,” she said on the red carpet.
Beyond their shared passion for Halloween, Heidi, a judge on *America’s Got Talent*, recently shared how she and Tom keep their marriage “spicy.” In a July interview with *People*, she revealed that they enjoy shopping for her lingerie together. “He loves sitting there and I go into the changing room and I come out with a different outfit on,” she said. “He loves me in a mini skirt. He loves me in pumps. He just loves when I get all dolled up.”
