Google (GOOGL) reports $10.261 billion of YouTube ad revenue in Q3 2025

Google (GOOGL) parent company Alphabet has released its Q3 2025 quarterly earnings report, showcasing growth across various sectors, including YouTube.

YouTube has once again surpassed $10 billion in ad revenue, generating $10.261 billion in the most recent quarter. This marks a significant increase from $9.8 billion in the previous quarter and $8.9 billion at the same point last year.

“Alphabet had a terrific quarter, with double-digit growth across every major part of our business,” said Alphabet and Google CEO Sundar Pichai in the Q3 2025 earnings report.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, YouTube’s increased ad revenue can be attributed to its continued dominance in sharing TV revenue in the U.S., outpacing other streaming services. YouTube has led this category for several months, expanding its lead over competitors Disney and Netflix.

This is the second time in 2025 that YouTube has surpassed $10 billion in ad revenue, having previously recorded $10.473 billion in Q4 2024.
