Battlefield Studios has announced that Battlefield 6’s battle royale mode, Battlefield RedSec, is launching tomorrow. This new mode will be free-to-play for all players, including those who do not own Battlefield 6.
Battlefield RedSec, short for Redacted Sector, was revealed in a post on X. While details remain scarce, the announcement included some new key art and a promise of additional information coming tomorrow.
The launch trailer is scheduled to release at 8 a.m. PT / 11 a.m. ET, with the game expected to go live immediately afterward.
The featured key art, captioned “Eyes up. Plates on.”, depicts soldiers walking through a street, with multiple parachuting through the sky in the distance, setting an intense and immersive scene for the upcoming mode.
