Hot damn! You can really feel the awkwardness and tension after Shady said what he did.
As we all know, Emmanuel Acho was let go from FOX Sports as part of the summer layoffs, ending his run as a host for “The Facility” and “Speak.” Near the end of his time with the brand, Acho became entangled in a lawsuit accusing him of having a sexual relationship with Joy Taylor, which she allegedly engaged in to advance her career.
In response to the controversy, Acho quickly launched a new show online called “Speakeasy,” co-hosting it with his ex-FS1 colleague LeSean McCoy. The show has seen success in its first few months, but things took a wild turn over the weekend after McCoy publicly called out Acho regarding the allegations involving Taylor.
Speaking about another former FS1 host, Skip Bayless — who oddly suggested that Jacksonville Jaguars rookie star Travis Hunter isn’t focused on football after getting baptized — McCoy mentioned that he himself has been baptized. Twice, in fact. The last time was back in 2018.
Well, Acho fired back by saying that McCoy has been doing “a lot of sinning” since that time.
Putting himself on the defensive, it didn’t take long for McCoy to turn the conversation toward Acho and his alleged situation with Taylor.
The allegations stem from an early 2025 lawsuit filed by Noushin Faraji, a former hairstylist for FS1. And boy oh boy, just wait until you see this scene.
WATCH: If sports media was like this all the time, I’d be hooked. Lord have mercy.
