In early September, the Escambia County Tax Collector’s Molino office transitioned to an appointment-only system in an effort to improve efficiency and reduce wait times.
Escambia County Tax Collector Scott Lunsford explained that offering appointments at the Molino location would allow his office to better meet demand. This change aims to eliminate spikes in traffic and decrease, or even eliminate, long wait times for customers.
The new appointment system is designed to streamline service and provide a more convenient experience for residents visiting the Molino office.
