A Kaiseki Collaboration Unlike Any Other
For one night only, experience a unique collaboration between chef Colin Sato and the team at Mugen (2452 Kalakaua Ave.) and sushi and kaiseki chef Hiroshi Tsuji of the popular omakase sushi restaurant Sushi Gyoshin on Piikoi Street.
Together, they will present an exquisite eight-course kaiseki menu highlighting the flavors of fall. Priced at $265 per person, plus tax and gratuity, the dinner promises an extraordinary culinary journey featuring dishes such as shima aji, scallop-crusted sea bass, wagyu-wrapped white matsutake tempura, and a yuzu soufflé for dessert.
The collaboration dinner will be held on November 5, with seatings available from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m.
