On Wednesday, the Disney Dreamlight Valley 2025 Showcase Stream revealed more details about this upcoming expansion, providing a clearer picture of what players can expect and which characters they will encounter.
### Rideable Mounts: Meet the Horses
As indicated in the initial teaser, **Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch** introduces horses to the game. Players can befriend these horses just like any other resident of the Valley. Beyond serving as an alternative mode of transportation, horses will assist players with various tasks such as gardening, mining, and cleaning.
To unlock the full potential of their equine companions, players will need to build a strong bond through regular feedings, brushings, and plenty of petting.

### Free Winter Ball Update for All Players
While the Wishblossom Ranch expansion will be sold at a standard price, Gameloft is also offering free content for all existing Disney Dreamlight Valley players. Starting in November, the **Winter Ball** event will bring characters from Disney’s *Cinderella*, along with pumpkin crops and a new Dream Team feature that enables players to team up with friends.
Both Cinderella and the Fairy Godmother will arrive in the Valley as part of this update, each offering their own friendship and storyline quests. The Winter Ball will be available to all players on **Wednesday, December 10** at no additional cost.
