MANILA, Philippines — City & Land Developers Inc. has moved a step closer toward its exit from the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) through a merger with its parent company, Cityland Development Corp. (CDC).
This development comes after the company secured clearance from the Philippine Competition Commission (PCC).
In a regulatory filing on Wednesday, CDC announced that the antitrust body had approved the merger, paving the way for the transaction to proceed.
