The Bengaluru IT park project, commissioned by a leading multinational company, boasts a development potential of 5.9 million square feet. L&T will execute the project on a lump-sum turnkey basis, delivering it in two phases.

The development will feature office spaces designed on a warm shell basis and aims to achieve the USGBC New Building Platinum rating toward LEED certification for sustainability. The scope includes construction of six towers along with comprehensive works such as civil structure, unitized facade glazing, architectural lighting, interior finishes, and electromechanical services.

**Mixed-Use Development Project in Mumbai**

In Mumbai, L&T is undertaking a mixed-use development for a renowned developer. The project is slated for completion within 45 months and involves a variety of construction services tailored to the client’s specifications.

**Market Context**

These latest order wins come shortly after L&T’s shares were downgraded from “Buy” to “Underperform” by brokerage firm BofA Securities. Despite the downgrade, L&T’s stock price was trading at ₹3,742.90 per share at the time of writing, reflecting a 9.44% gain over the past six months.

L&T’s new projects underscore its strong presence and capability in handling large-scale infrastructure developments across major Indian metros, reinforcing its position in the construction and engineering sector.
