**Final Warning to Gaza City Residents**

The Israeli military has issued a final warning to residents of Gaza City, urging them to flee to southern Gaza as Israeli forces continue to encircle the city and intensify their offensive.

“This is the last opportunity for Gaza residents who wish to do so to move south and leave Hamas operatives isolated in Gaza City,” stated Israel’s Defense Minister, Israel Katz. He further warned that those who remain will be considered terrorists and terrorist supporters.

**Escalating Conflict and Humanitarian Impact**

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) announced it has suspended operations in Gaza City due to the heightened Israeli assault. Meanwhile, Gaza’s civil defense agency reported at least 46 deaths, including 36 in the city itself.

International humanitarian law experts have noted that evacuation orders constitute forced displacement. However, individuals choosing to stay in evacuated areas maintain their protected status under international law.

**Hamas Considers Modifications to Trump’s Ceasefire Ultimatum**

As the conflict escalates, Hamas is reportedly reviewing amendments to former President Donald Trump’s ceasefire ultimatum. According to a Palestinian source close to the group, Hamas seeks changes regarding disarmament clauses and the demand for their expulsion from Gaza.

The group also demands international guarantees for a full Israeli withdrawal and assurances against assassination attempts on its leadership.

**Criticism of Trump’s Gaza Peace Plan**

Trump’s 20-point Gaza peace plan proposes that Hamas disarm and release hostages within 72 hours of a ceasefire declaration. In exchange, Israel would gradually withdraw its troops and release Palestinian prisoners.

Despite these terms, Trump warned that Hamas would “pay in hell” if it rejected the plan. Critics, however, have pointed out that the plan notably lacks a clear path toward the establishment of a Palestinian state.

**Ongoing Negotiations and Regional Involvement**

Following the announcement of Trump’s plan, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that Israeli forces would maintain a presence in much of Gaza, contradicting some aspects of the plan.

The ceasefire proposal is set to be debated in Doha, where Hamas’s leadership traditionally discusses such issues. Egyptian and Qatari mediators will be joined by Turkey’s intelligence chief during talks to review the plan’s details.

As the situation in Gaza continues to evolve, pressure mounts on all parties to reach a resolution that ensures peace and security for the region.
