MANILA, Philippines — The Visayas grid has been placed on “yellow” alert this Wednesday, October 1, following several power plants going on forced outage after the 6.9-magnitude earthquake that shook Cebu Tuesday night.
In an advisory, the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) announced that the Visayas grid would remain under yellow alert starting from 1 p.m.
