In the aftermath of October 7, the Jewish community was at its most united. We experienced what has been called the “surge”: a renewed desire for community and a coming together against our perceived adversaries.

During this time, acts of kindness have taken on profound significance. They serve not only as gestures of goodwill but also stand in as a form of atonement.
