**Mary Kom’s Faridabad Residence Burgled; Valuables Worth Several Lakhs Stolen**

The residence of Indian boxing legend Mary Kom in Faridabad was burgled on September 24. The incident took place at her two-story bungalow, Ibeneser Inn, located in Sector 46. The house had been locked for several days when unknown miscreants broke in and stole valuables worth several lakhs.
The burglary was discovered by neighbors who immediately alerted the authorities. At the time, Mary Kom was away attending a marathon event in Sohra, Meghalaya.
**Investigation Underway**
CCTV footage from the night of the incident reveals suspicious individuals carrying items, including a television set and other valuables, from Mary Kom’s home. Authorities are currently reviewing the footage to identify the culprits.
Expressing her shock and concern over the incident, the six-time world champion boxer shared that she felt scared and nervous as she prepared to return to Delhi. She noted that she would only be able to assess the full extent of the losses once she returned home.
“CCTV footage shows them (thieves) taking away the TV and other things,” Mary Kom said.
**Police Response**
The Faridabad Police have registered a case in connection with this high-profile burglary. To ensure swift action, six teams have been formed to investigate the crime, with a focus on recovering the stolen property and apprehending the suspects involved.
Authorities continue to probe the case as efforts to bring the culprits to justice are underway.
