**Indore Gears Up to Host Five Matches of the 13th ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 at Holkar Stadium**

Preparations are in full swing at Holkar Stadium, Indore, for the five matches of the 13th ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025. The first match is scheduled to take place on October 1, and organizers are leaving no stone unturned to ensure top-notch facilities and safety for players, officials, and spectators alike.

On Friday, Divisional Commissioner Dr. Sudam Khade conducted a thorough review of the ongoing arrangements in a meeting attended by officials from the Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association (MPCA), Indore Municipal Corporation (IMC), and the police department.

One of the key directives from the meeting was the establishment of an emergency medical room inside the stadium. Adequate medical support will also be available both at the stadium and nearby hospitals to handle any eventualities.

Dr. Khade emphasized the importance of strict adherence to ICC protocols for welcoming the women’s teams and staff from the four visiting nations participating in the tournament.

The discussion also covered critical aspects such as cleanliness, security, power supply, drinking water, and traffic management to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.

The IMC has been assigned specific responsibilities including fogging, road repairs, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment around the stadium precincts.

Officials present at the meeting included Additional Collector Roshan Rai, Deputy Commissioner Sapna Lovanshi, IMC Additional Commissioner Rohit Sisonia, ACP Parag Saini, MPCA Secretary Sudhir Asnani, and Treasurer Sanjeev Dua. MPCA’s Rohit Pandit provided a detailed briefing on the match schedule.

In a move to encourage greater attendance, the ICC is offering discounted match tickets priced at Rs 100, Rs 200, and Rs 500. Tickets are available exclusively through the official ICC website, with mobile and e-ticketing given priority for convenience and safety.
