Hamas Leader: UN Action on Israel a “Benefit” of Oct 7

**PM Keir Starmer, Macron and Western Leaders’ Recognition of an Islamic Terrorist State Inside Israel**

Prime Minister Keir Starmer in the UK, President Emmanuel Macron in France, and other Western leaders who have decided to recognize an Islamic terrorist state inside Israel have attempted to downplay their actions, pretending that they are neither recognizing nor aiding Hamas.

However, Hamas leaders have made it clear repeatedly that this recognition is indeed in support of Hamas and is a direct result of the events on October 7.

The powerful blow delivered to Israel on October 7 has resulted in three significant historic outcomes. First and foremost, it thrust the Palestinian cause back into the global spotlight.

“Why are all these countries recognizing Palestine now? Had any country dared to recognize the state of Palestine prior to October 7?” Hamas leader Ghazi Hamad asked rhetorically in August. “The overall outcome of October 7 forced the world to open its eyes to the Palestinian cause.”

Now, in the wake of what Hamad refers to as the UN jihad recognition event, he is speaking out again, explicitly connecting this recognition to October 7.

“What is the benefit of October 7th? If you look at the UN General Assembly yesterday, they condemned Israel,” Hamad said. “It’s hard to argue with that.”

What other possible basis could there be for the recognition of an Islamic terror state other than October 7 and everything that followed?

Ghazi Hamad had already vowed to repeat the events of October 7 again and again.

By recognizing a terrorist state, the UN, the UK, France, and other countries are also endorsing mass murder as a political strategy—an endorsement that signals more violence is likely to follow.

So more slaughter coming?

**butlerweave (Fateh):**
Does anyone know what position this guy held in 2023 before all the higher-ups of Hamas were killed off? His rise in the organization has probably been meteoric. For personal reasons, I imagine he is quite pleased with the results of October 7th on his career.

**ChronicMA:**
Hamad has been a spokesman for Hamas since they took over in 2006. He comes from a Muslim Brotherhood jihadi family. He has spent a lot of time away from Gaza and seems to live in Qatar now.
