The 849 Testarossa succeeds the flagship SF90 Stradale, featuring improved engine output and enhanced aerodynamics. This remarkable model can exceed a top speed of 330 kilometers per hour and accelerate from zero to 100 kilometers per hour in just 2.3 seconds.
The car’s name, 849, signifies its eight-cylinder engine with a displacement of 499cc per cylinder. It is equipped with a 3,990cc V8 engine and three electric motors, delivering a maximum output of 1,050 horsepower—an increase of 50 horsepower compared to the previous model. Impressively, the vehicle can travel up to 25 kilometers on electric power alone.
Priced at 64.65 million yen including tax, deliveries are scheduled between the fourth quarter of 2026 and the first half of 2027.
The iconic Testarossa name, which originally symbolized Ferrari’s high-performance engines and became an emblem of the 1980s with the 1984 model, continues to shine as a design hallmark. The 849 Testarossa proudly inherits this legacy with a striking design, featuring connected front lights and a large spoiler that enhances aerodynamic performance.
The body measures 4,718 mm in length, 2,304 mm in width, and 1,225 mm in height, with a weight of 1,570 kg. Finished in an amber-toned paint, the new flagship has already drawn global attention since its world premiere in Italy on September 9th earlier this month.
